Smart & TNT All Data Promos Guide: Internet Data for Any App & Website (3 to 30 Days)
All Data is Smart and TNT's general-purpose mobile internet promo: a fixed data allowance that works with any app or website for a set number of days. Instead of a single named app bundle, it gives you ordinary gigabytes to spend on maps, email, streaming, messaging and internet calls while in the Philippines. Packages run from a 3-day starter pack to 30-day bundles, and the right one depends on the recipient's account type as much as on data size. If you are buying internet for someone back home, our guide to sending mobile data to the Philippines covers the broader options across prepaid networks.
This guide walks you through the options:
- Compare the six All Data packages
- Choose the right size for your trip or household
- Register for All Data or order it online
- Check your remaining data and expiry
- Troubleshoot an All Data connection problem
What Is Smart & TNT All Data?
One Data Allowance for Your Apps and Websites
All Data is a finite open-access internet allowance with an expiry date. "Open access" means the data is not locked to one app: the same gigabytes cover websites, maps, email, streaming, social media and internet calling apps such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Viber and FaceTime. Two clarifications save most beginners from surprises:
- Internet calls are not phone calls. A WhatsApp or Viber call consumes data; a call placed through the phone's dialer and a regular SMS are native voice and text services, which this promo is not about.
- App subscriptions are separate. Your data pays for the connection; a Netflix or Spotify subscription is billed by that app.
Because of that, the documented All Data 50, 99 and 299 are data packages, not unlimited call-and-text bundles. If you need native calls and texts alongside data, Smart's AllData+ family is the related line of offers that pairs internet with voice and SMS — a different product with its own inclusions, so read the specific offer before buying.
What All Data Includes
A typical All Data package contains three simple elements:
- An ordinary data allowance (for example, 6GB or 24GB) usable on any app or website
- A validity period (3, 7 or 30 days) within which the allowance must be used
- One price shown as an operator denomination in pesos, such as PHP 50 or PHP 299
Data and validity work together: the gigabytes do not "drip" at a fixed daily rate. Unused data expires with the package unless an applicable renewal or rollover rule preserves it. App downloads, video streaming and internet calls all draw from the same pool.
Can Former Sun Cellular Numbers Use All Data?
For former Sun users, eligibility depends on whether the account is currently prepaid or postpaid, as well as its current brand. Sun Prepaid accounts moved to Smart Prepaid and Sun Postpaid accounts to Smart Postpaid in earlier migrations, and former Sun subscribers were carried over. Since mobile numbers can now keep their original prefix when switching networks, a prefix alone cannot prove which brand a number is on today. If you are buying for someone, confirm whether their SIM is currently Smart or TNT before choosing a package; the recipient's present account category is what counts.
Smart & TNT All Data Packages Compared
All Data is sold in three account categories, and the distinction matters more than the gigabytes:
- Smart Prepaid / TNT — ordinary phone SIMs
- Smart Bro — portable or pocket WiFi devices
- Smart Bro Home WiFi — designated home-internet accounts and equipment
The table below compares phone, pocket WiFi and Home WiFi packages. Availability can differ by account and purchase channel, so use the account columns to find the relevant group and check the available offer when ordering.
| Package | Ordinary Data | Validity | PHP Denomination | PHP per GB | Smart Prepaid / TNT | Smart Bro | Smart Bro Home WiFi |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| All Data 50 | 2GB | 3 days | PHP 50 | PHP 25.00 | Listed | Listed | Not listed |
| All Data 99 | 6GB | 7 days | PHP 99 | PHP 16.50 | Listed | Listed | Listed |
| All Data 299 | 24GB | 30 days | PHP 299 | PHP 12.46 | Listed | Listed | Listed |
| All Data 399 | 36GB | 30 days | PHP 399 | PHP 11.08 | Not listed | Listed | Listed |
| All Data 499 | 48GB | 30 days | PHP 499 | PHP 10.40 | Not listed | Not listed | Listed |
| All Data 599 | 72GB | 30 days | PHP 599 | PHP 8.32 | Not listed | Not listed | Listed |
Two notes keep the numbers honest:
- The PHP per GB column divides the operator's peso denomination by the ordinary data allowance. PinoyLoads displays the full, final price in USD at checkout.
- Larger packs look cheaper per gigabyte, but only if the data is actually consumed before it expires.
All Data for Smart Prepaid & TNT Phones
For phone SIMs, the documented line-up is All Data 50 (2GB / 3 days), All Data 99 (6GB / 7 days) and All Data 299 (24GB / 30 days). All three are data-only allowances for open internet use. One current operator variant worth knowing: the operator's All Data 99 w/ 5G Data page lists 6GB of ordinary data plus a separate 14GB 5G-only bonus, for 7 days. That headline "20GB" is not 20GB of ordinary 4G data — only the 6GB works as standard open-access data, and the 5G bonus applies where 5G is available and on a 5G-capable device. Treat the bonus as an operator-channel feature; package selection should go by the seller's actual description of the pack you are buying.
All Data for Smart Bro Pocket WiFi
Smart Bro covers portable or pocket WiFi devices. All Data 50, 99, 299 and 399 cover short-term, weekly and monthly needs in this category. Operator Bro channels also list All Data 499 and 599, so the exact offer and eligible account matter when choosing a larger package. Match the pack to the recipient's actual Smart Bro account rather than to the shape of the device.
All Data for Smart Bro Home WiFi
Smart Bro Home WiFi serves designated home-internet accounts and hardware. All Data 99, 299, 399, 499 and 599 provide options for these accounts, including the largest allowance in this comparison: 72GB for 30 days at PHP 599, which works out to PHP 8.32 per GB. These packs belong to a home-internet account context — moving a phone SIM into a fixed router does not turn it into a Home WiFi account, and device appearance alone is not an eligibility test.
Once you know the recipient's account category — phone, pocket WiFi or Home WiFi — you can order the matching All Data package on our Smart & TNT All Data online order page: enter the recipient's number or account, choose an available package, and pay in USD with a supported card or PayPal.

Which All Data Package Fits Your Needs?
A Few Days of Maps, Messaging and Browsing
All Data 50 (2GB / 3 days) is the low-commitment option: enough for a short trip, an airport layover, or a quick top-up while waiting for a longer package to suit. It keeps the upfront cost small and the commitment to three days. If the recipient will stream video or join video calls, step up one tier — 2GB disappears quickly under video.
A Week of Everyday Mobile Internet
All Data 99 (6GB / 7 days) fits ordinary weekly use: navigation, messaging, social media, email and light browsing. Remember that the ordinary allowance is 6GB; the operator's separate 5G bonus on the 99 w/ 5G Data variant is a different pool that only applies on 5G. Choose this size when the trip or need lasts about a week and video is occasional rather than constant.
Up to a Month of Data for Yourself or Family
All Data 299 (24GB / 30 days) is the standard monthly pack for a phone. As a planning illustration, 24GB spread across 30 days averages about 0.8GB per day — that is a planning average, not a daily cap the carrier enforces. It suits a month-long stay, remote work on mobile, or a household member who needs steady everyday data. For heavier or longer home use, the larger Smart Bro and Home WiFi tiers reduce the cost per gigabyte.
More Data for a Pocket WiFi or Home Router
For a pocket WiFi (Smart Bro) account, choose a monthly package offered for that account. The larger Home WiFi options are intended for the corresponding home-internet service, so match the package to the SIM account rather than the device alone. Choose by three things: the account category, the expiry that matches the timeline, and the upfront budget. The cheapest per-gigabyte pack is not automatically the best buy — a 72GB pack that expires with 50GB unused is worse value in practice than a smaller pack that gets fully consumed.
How to Register for All Data on Smart or TNT
Subscribe Through the Smart App
The Smart App (formerly GigaLife) is the operator's own subscription tool. A subscriber with airtime balance can open the app, find the named All Data offer, and subscribe to it. The app also shows active subscriptions, remaining allowance and expiry dates, so it doubles as your monitoring tool. Registration this way requires regular load on the recipient's account. If you prefer to send prepaid credit so the recipient can choose their own promo, you can buy Smart load online instead.
Register Through *123#
Dialing *123# opens the account-specific promo menu, where the subscriber can select the named offer and confirm the subscription from the available balance. Menu positions are not fixed across all accounts, so follow the on-screen labels rather than memorizing a numeric path. Balance and subscription management options appear in the same menu area under labels such as Bal:Svcs and Balance.
Buy a Ready-to-Use Data Package Online
The two routes above assume the recipient already has load. The simpler route for an overseas buyer is to order the package itself: PinoyLoads delivers the selected All Data package already activated on the recipient's account, so no separate subscription through the Smart App or *123# is needed after delivery succeeds. The buying flow is short:
- Enter the recipient's mobile number or account identifier
- Select an available named package (for example, All Data 299)
- The full price shown at checkout is the final price in USD
- Pay online with a supported card or PayPal
- Follow the email receipt and the order-status page for processing and delivery updates
After payment, follow the delivery updates by email and on the order-status page. The recipient can confirm the active package in the Smart App; their current account category matters more than the number's original prefix. If you prefer to pay with PayPal, our send load to the Philippines with PayPal page explains that route. PinoyLoads has operated as a Philippines loading specialist since 2013, billing in USD with no account, registration or sign-up required — though bank authentication and the operator's own SIM registration rules still apply separately. For a card-payment walkthrough, see how to buy Smart load with a credit card.
How to Check Your Remaining All Data and Expiry
Checking takes a minute and prevents most "why did it stop working" moments. Start in the Smart App (formerly GigaLife), signed in on the recipient's account: it lists active subscriptions, the remaining ordinary data, and the expiry date of each promo. Watch for two separate entries when a 5G bonus applies — ordinary open-access data and the restricted 5G-only pool are not the same thing.
If the app is not available, dial *123# and look for the balance and subscription options labelled Bal:Svcs and Balance, which operator help documents for prepaid balance checks; the exact menu position can differ by account. For Smart Bro Home WiFi accounts, the Smart App's usage view and the HomeWiFi dashboard show consumption and remaining allowance.
Check the right guide for the brand you are verifying: Smart balance inquiry for Smart Prepaid and Smart Bro accounts, and TNT balance inquiry for TNT. Also remember that a successful payment on your side and an active promo on the recipient's account are two different confirmations — verify the promo itself before assuming the connection is ready.
Can You Use All Data on a Hotspot or Pocket WiFi?
Three different features get confused here, so keep them apart:
- Phone hotspot: letting a phone share its All Data connection over WiFi so a laptop or tablet can use it. This is ordinary tethering of the same allowance.
- Transferring gigabytes to another number: a different feature. Smart documents PasaData only for select offers, and the exact eligibility, fees and expiry for every All Data tier is not settled — so do not assume a purchased All Data pack can be transferred to someone else.
- Router and account products: Smart Bro serves pocket WiFi, while Home WiFi is a separately provisioned home-internet service with its own SIM and equipment.
What limits hardware use is the account type, not the device's appearance. Smart's Prepaid terms distinguish portable hotspots from fixed routers: they name phones, smartphones, tablets and portable hotspots among the intended devices, but prohibit inserting the covered Smart Prepaid SIMs into fixed routers, and unauthorized device use can lead to suspension or termination of service. That rule comes from the Smart Prepaid Terms & Conditions. It is a Smart Prepaid hardware rule, not a statement about purpose-built Home WiFi accounts or every brand. For a home router, choose a package and SIM intended for that Home WiFi service; if you are topping up a pocket WiFi device, see our Smart Bro load options.
What Happens When Your Data Runs Out or Expires?
Unused Data and the Expiry Date
All Data is finite: unused allowance expires at the end of the package validity unless an applicable renewal or rollover rule preserves it. An expired package no longer supplies data, although another active allowance may still be available. Validity also does not pace your consumption; a 24GB pack is available from day one and can be used as fast or slowly as you like.
Auto-Renewal, Rollover and Buying Another Package
Smart's auto-renewal service applies to selected offers across Smart Prepaid, TNT, Smart Bro and Home WiFi. The mechanics are consistent:
- Auto-renewal uses the subscriber's load balance, not a saved card. One PinoyLoads payment is a single payment; it does not set up a recurring card charge.
- Sufficient load is required at the renewal moment. If funds are short, renewal simply does not happen.
- A successful renewal rolls unused data into the next subscription; insufficient funds stop renewal and leave the current inclusions to expire on schedule.
- The Smart App shows an Auto-Renew indicator. You can switch it off when subscribing, or manage it later in the dashboard / Check Usage view, or via
*123#> Bal:Svcs > Manage Auto-Renew where that path is shown. - Stopping renewal does not erase what you already have: remaining inclusions stay usable until their existing expiry.
Documented combination cases exist where an auto-renewing and a non-auto-renewing variant of the same offer run together, with their inclusions combined under the auto-renew offer's expiry. There is no general rule that buying a different denomination extends another pack, so plan each purchase against its own expiry date.
Avoiding Unexpected Regular-Load Charges
Turning off auto-renew does not block out-of-bundle browsing — if the allowance is gone and regular load remains, ordinary browsing can consume that load at standard rates. If you are unsure what is left, turn mobile data off first, then check the Smart App or *123# balance view before using the connection again. Choosing a package whose validity covers the whole trip is the simplest prevention.
All Data vs Magic Data: Which Makes More Sense?
All Data and Magic Data both give ordinary open-access data; they differ in how the expiry works.
| All Data 299 | Magic Data 749 | |
|---|---|---|
| Allowance | 24GB ordinary data | 65GB ordinary data |
| Expiry | 30 days from activation | No promo-data expiry while the account stays usable |
| Face value per GB | PHP 12.46 per ordinary GB | PHP 11.52 per GB |
| Best suited to | Timed needs: trips, a work month, a fixed budget window | Uncertain timelines where leftover data would be wasted |
The price arithmetic is a useful reality check: at face value, Magic Data 749 works out to PHP 11.52 per GB versus PHP 12.46 per ordinary GB for All Data 299. Timed data is therefore not a universal discount — the real comparison is cost per gigabyte actually used, not per gigabyte included. A 30-day pack used to the last megabyte can beat a larger no-expiry pack that sits half-untouched, while no-expiry data suits anyone whose usage schedule is unpredictable. Two boundaries: "no expiry" refers to the promo data only — SIM and account validity follow their own rules — and the Home WiFi 599 pack's PHP 8.32 per GB belongs to a separate account category, so it is not a substitute for a phone pack. Our Smart Magic Data promos page covers that line in more detail.
All Data Not Working? Check These First
Work down this list before assuming the package is faulty:
- Order and activation status. Confirm that delivery succeeded — payment confirmation alone is not activation. Check the email receipt and order-status page first.
- Account and product match. Verify that the package matches the recipient's account (Smart or TNT phone, Smart Bro or Home WiFi). An account category mismatch is the most common cause.
- Remaining ordinary data and expiry. Open the Smart App or
*123#balance view. If the ordinary allowance is gone or the validity has ended, the promo is finished regardless of what a headline figure suggested. - Restricted 5G-only balance. If only a 5G bonus pool remains while the ordinary data is exhausted, there is no usable 4G/LTE capacity left — a 5G-only allowance is not ordinary data.
- Correct data SIM on a dual-SIM phone. Make sure mobile data is set to the SIM that holds the promo.
- Mobile data, signal and a restart. Confirm mobile data is switched on, check signal strength, and restart the device. If internet access still fails across apps, resetting APN settings to default is another troubleshooting step; for a problem limited to one app, try updating it or clearing its cache.
- App-specific problems. If only one app misbehaves, remember that app subscriptions and content charges are separate from internet access — the data can be fine while the app's own account is not.
One roaming note: these are domestic allowances. An All Data pack purchased for use in the Philippines is not a roaming entitlement abroad.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. All Data is open-access internet data, so the same allowance covers websites, maps, email, streaming, social media and internet calling apps such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Viber and FaceTime. App subscriptions themselves are billed separately by those apps.
No. All Data is a finite allowance with a fixed validity of 3, 7 or 30 days depending on the package. Unused data expires unless an applicable renewal or rollover rule preserves it. If you need data without a promo-data expiry deadline, Magic Data is the relevant product family.
No. The documented All Data 50, 99 and 299 are data-only packages. Internet calls through messaging apps consume data, while calls placed through the phone's dialer and regular SMS belong to native voice and text services — offers combining internet with voice and SMS, such as AllData+, are separately specified.
Yes. The All Data 50, 99 and 299 packages are available for both Smart Prepaid and TNT phone accounts. Just confirm which brand the recipient's SIM currently uses before buying.
No. Ordinary All Data works on 4G/LTE connections. A 5G phone and 5G coverage are only needed to use the separate 5G-only bonus data that some operator variants add on top of the ordinary allowance.
Sharing a phone's connection over hotspot uses the same allowance and is a normal way to get a laptop online. Transferring gigabytes to another person's number is a different feature (PasaData), documented only for select offers, so do not assume an All Data pack can be transferred.
Not as a general rule — each package carries its own validity. The documented exception is auto-renewal of the same offer, where a successful renewal rolls unused data into the next subscription; do not assume this across different denominations.
Yes. Order online, enter the recipient's number or account, select a package and pay in USD with a supported card or PayPal; the package is delivered already activated on the recipient's account once delivery succeeds. You can then follow the email receipt and order-status page, while the recipient can confirm the active promo in the Smart App.
Conclusion
Three decisions cover most of the process. First, choose the allowance and validity that match the timeline: 2GB for a few days, 6GB for a week, 24GB for 30 days on a phone, and the larger Smart Bro or Home WiFi tiers for shared or home connections. Second, match the account category — phone SIM, pocket WiFi or Home WiFi — because that determines which packages apply. Third, pick the purchase route: a subscriber with load can register in the Smart App or *123#, while an overseas buyer can simply order the package online and have it delivered already activated. When you have the recipient's number and account type ready, you can order Smart & TNT All Data online in a few steps and track the order by email and status page.
