Smart Load Online: Buy or Send Prepaid Load to the Philippines
Enter the Philippine Smart prepaid number above to see the load amounts and packages currently available for that line. Choose an option, review the total in USD, and pay using a method shown at checkout. No PinoyLoads account, app, KYC, or sign-up is required. Always confirm the exact mobile number with the recipient before paying — a successful load delivered to a valid but unintended number may not be reversible.
Why buyers trust PinoyLoads: Philippines-focused expertise since 2013, browser checkout with no app or account required, USD pricing shown before payment, automated processing with email updates, and a live order-status page for every order.
How to Send Smart Load Online in Three Steps
The Smart recharge checkout is completed in three clear steps:
- 1. Start with the recipient's current Smart Prepaid number. Enter the number in the form, then confirm it and the current network with the recipient before continuing.
- 2. Pick the right recharge option for that line. Choose regular load or an available data, call, or text package from the products displayed for the entered number.
- 3. Check the order details and pay. Review the number, selected product, and total in USD, enter your email, and use an available payment method at checkout.
After payment, PinoyLoads sends the receipt and delivery-status notifications to your email. You can also follow the order on the live status page or in My PinoyLoads through a secure magic link, without creating an account. Delivery is normally within a few minutes.
The recipient does not need GCash, Maya, a Philippine bank account, or the Smart App to receive a supported top-up. For a detailed walkthrough, see how to send load to the Philippines. If you are sending from outside the country, the overseas Smart load guide covers the specific steps for international buyers.
Choose the Right Smart Product Before You Pay
Before selecting a product, understand the main categories available through PinoyLoads. The table below summarizes each type to help you decide.
| Product Type | What the Recipient Gets | Best When | Important Limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Regular eLoad / prepaid balance | Flexible peso-denominated stored value for calls, texts, data, or manual promo registration | The sender does not know which package the recipient needs, or the recipient prefers to choose their own promo | Does not automatically activate a data or call package; the recipient must register a promo separately if desired |
| Direct promo or data package | A ready-to-use bundle with defined data, call, text, and validity inclusions | The sender knows exactly what the recipient needs and the package is shown as available for that number | Eligibility depends on the specific account; not every promo is available to every line |
| Magic Data / Magic Data+ | Data allowance with no fixed expiry; Magic Data+ adds call minutes and texts | The recipient wants data that does not expire on a normal package schedule | Smart instructs users to maintain at least PHP 1 load to keep the SIM active; Magic Data+ calls/texts expire when all included data is fully consumed |
| Smart Promo Load | Bonus-value restricted wallet (e.g., pay PHP 500, receive PHP 555) with its own validity | The recipient wants extra value for eligible Smart prepaid promos, including some no-expiry offers | Cannot be used for PasaLoad, value-added services/payments, or roaming promos; not ordinary balance |
The live PinoyLoads form, not this table, determines what can actually be bought for the entered number.
Current Smart Load and Promo Examples
The table combines PinoyLoads regular-load denominations with representative Smart promos checked in August 2026. Promo eligibility can change; the live form remains the purchase-time authority.
| Product | Price (PHP) | Main Inclusions | Validity / Expiry | Key Limitation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Regular eLoad via PinoyLoads | 100, 200, 300, 500, or 1,000 | Flexible prepaid balance for calls, texts, data, or promo registration | Loaded card value must be used within 365 days (official Smart help) | Does not automatically activate a package; recipient registers promos separately |
| New Power All 99 | 99 | 10 GB open-access data, 4 GB 5G data, 7 GB app bundle, unlimited calls and texts | 7 days | Fixed validity; bundle expires after 7 days regardless of remaining data |
| All Data 299 | 299 | 24 GB open-access data | 30 days | Fixed validity; data expires after 30 days |
| Magic Data 99 | 99 | 2 GB no-expiry data | No fixed expiry on the data allowance | Smart instructs users to maintain at least PHP 1 load to keep the SIM active |
| Magic Data+ 499 | 499 | 30 GB total (26 GB + 4 GB 5G), 200 call minutes, 200 all-network texts | No fixed expiry on data; calls/texts expire when data is fully consumed | Not ordinary balance; calls and texts end when data is used up |
| Promo Load 500+55 | 500 (pay) → 555 (received) | PHP 555 in Promo Load value for eligible Smart prepaid promos | 30 days | Restricted wallet: cannot be used for PasaLoad, VAS/payments, or roaming promos |
Enter the recipient's number in the form above to see the load amounts and packages currently available for that line. For a full guide to Magic Data options, see Smart Magic Data promos.
Regular Load, Direct Promos, and Magic Data Are Not the Same
International buyers often encounter overlapping terms — load, eLoad, airtime, mobile recharge, and top-up. In Philippine prepaid usage, these generally refer to flexible peso-denominated stored value. A "promo" or "direct package" is a bundle with defined data, call, text, and validity inclusions.
The distinction matters at purchase time:
- Regular load gives flexible prepaid balance for pay-per-use rates or manual promo registration. This is the safer choice when the sender does not know which offer the recipient prefers.
- A direct package delivers the selected allowance directly, but a data package may not increase the regular peso balance — the delivered value is the package allowance, not ordinary airtime.
Magic Data has no fixed expiry on its data allowance, but "no expiry" describes the allowance, not an immortal SIM. Smart instructs users to maintain at least PHP 1 load to keep the SIM active. If the account lapses due to inactivity, the allowance may become inaccessible.
Smart Promo Load Has Different Rules
Smart Promo Load is an official bonus-value product, not a synonym for loading a promo. The recipient receives a separate restricted wallet with its own validity period and permitted uses.
Take Promo Load 500+55: the buyer pays PHP 500 and the recipient receives PHP 555 in Promo Load value, valid for 30 days. The restrictions are important:
- Promo Load cannot be used for PasaLoad — the recipient cannot transfer Promo Load value to another number.
- Promo Load cannot be used for value-added services or payments — it is not general-purpose balance.
- Promo Load cannot be used for roaming promos — it is limited to eligible domestic Smart prepaid offers.
Smart's official page says Promo Load can be used for eligible Smart prepaid promos, including eligible no-expiry offers. It is not the same as regular load and should not be treated as cash-like balance. Availability through PinoyLoads depends on what the live form displays for the entered number. For more, see the Smart Promo Load buy guide.
Buying New Smart Load vs Sending PasaLoad
Buying new load and transferring existing balance through PasaLoad are different transactions.
| Comparison Point | New Smart Load via PinoyLoads | PasaLoad via Smart |
|---|---|---|
| Where the value comes from | New purchase funded by the buyer's payment | Transfer from an existing eligible sender account |
| Who pays | The buyer (can be abroad) | The sender (must have existing balance) |
| Need for existing sender balance | None — the buyer pays fresh | Yes — the sender must have sufficient balance on their Smart line |
| Eligible recipient types | Any supported Smart prepaid number shown in the PinoyLoads form | Smart Prepaid, TNT, and Smart Bro Prepaid (per official Smart PasaLoad help) |
| Minimum amount | Determined by the PinoyLoads form | PHP 2 (official Smart minimum) |
| Fee | Shown in the USD total at checkout | PHP 1 SMS fee (official Smart) |
| Best use case | Sending load from abroad, or when the sender has no Philippine Smart balance | Transferring a small amount between two Philippine Smart-family numbers when the sender already has balance |
Smart's official PasaLoad flow uses SMS: send PASALOAD 09XXXXXXXXX AMOUNT or 09XXXXXXXXX AMOUNT to 808, then reply YES to the confirmation. Both parties receive confirmation messages.
PasaLoad suits a sender with an eligible Smart-family line, transferable balance, and SMS access. New load through PinoyLoads does not require the buyer to hold Smart balance. Smart's official PasaLoad SMS page remains live.
Enter the Correct Philippine Smart Number
Number accuracy is critical — a successful top-up to a valid but unintended number may not be reversible.
Domestic format: 0919 123 4567
International format: +63 919 123 4567
The +63 country code replaces the leading zero. The form accepts the domestic 09 format or the international +63 format.
Mobile Number Portability (MNP) means a subscriber can keep the same number while changing network. The prefix is a clue, not proof of the current carrier. Before paying, confirm the exact number, current carrier, and account type with the recipient. For more on prefix patterns, see Philippine mobile number prefixes.
Smart, TNT, Smart Bro, Home WiFi, eSIM, and Legacy Sun
Smart operates several related prepaid brands, and not every Smart promo works across all of them. Use the correct product path for the recipient's line.
- Smart Prepaid — the primary audience for this page. Products are selected according to the live menu and account eligibility shown in the form.
- TNT — uses Smart's network but has its own dedicated product flow. Not every Smart promo works on TNT. Use the dedicated TNT load page for TNT numbers.
- Smart Bro Prepaid and Home WiFi — separate device and package contexts with their own eligibility rules. Use the Smart Bro load page for these lines.
- Smart Prepaid eSIM — the same prepaid service in digital-SIM form. The line must still be active and eligible.
- Legacy Sun Cellular — now under Smart's ecosystem, but eligibility differences can exist. PinoyLoads has a dedicated Sun Load Online page for legacy Sun users.
- Smart Postpaid — postpaid billing is not prepaid load. This page covers supported prepaid products only.
Paying for Smart Load from Outside the Philippines
An overseas buyer may have a foreign-issued card and no Philippine wallet or bank account. PinoyLoads is built for this scenario.
The recipient does not need GCash, Maya, a Philippine bank account, or the Smart App to receive a supported top-up. The buyer enters the number and email, selects a product, reviews the total in USD, and pays — no account or KYC required.
Payment methods at checkout may include foreign credit or debit cards and PayPal. A method is available only when displayed — do not assume every card, issuer, or country will be accepted. For PayPal, see the PayPal Smart load guide. For credit cards, visit Smart mobile recharge with credit card. For debit cards, see Smart mobile recharge with debit card.
The issuing bank may apply currency-conversion or cross-border treatment. A payment can fail because of 3-D Secure, incorrect billing details, issuer controls, spending limits, fraud screening, or cross-border restrictions. Check any bank authentication request, avoid rapid retries, and use another method only if shown.
How the Recipient Checks Smart Load or Data
After delivery, the recipient can confirm the load using these official Smart methods:
- USSD code: Dial
*123#, chooseBal:Svcs, then chooseBalance. - Smart App: Open the Smart App for usage and balance view.
- My Smart: Register and link the account for online tracking.
The recipient should also check for a Smart confirmation SMS. Regular balance and a promo's data allowance may appear in different views — a data package will not necessarily increase the regular peso balance. For a full guide, see Smart balance inquiry.
What to Do if Smart Load Is Not Received
If the recipient says the load has not arrived, check the PinoyLoads order-status page and email before buying again. A duplicate order may result in a double charge.
| Symptom | Likely Explanation | Next Check |
|---|---|---|
| Order is still processing | Payment review, carrier check, or temporary system delay is in progress | Wait a few minutes and check the live order-status page; do not place a duplicate order |
| Number format or carrier/product mismatch | The entered number may not match the expected carrier, or the selected product may not be eligible for that line | Confirm the exact number, current carrier, and account type with the recipient |
| Valid but wrong number entered | The load was delivered successfully to a different valid number | Check the number on the order confirmation; a successful top-up to a wrong valid number may not be reversible |
| Direct package is active but regular balance did not rise | The delivered value is the package allowance, not ordinary airtime | Ask the recipient to check the promo/data section, not just the regular balance |
| Expired or pre-active number | The recipient's number may be expired, disconnected, or not yet fully activated | Confirm the line is active and prepaid; PinoyLoads cannot reactivate a permanently disconnected number |
| Temporary carrier error | A transient Smart system issue may have interrupted delivery | Wait and recheck the existing order status; do not submit a duplicate order, and check for Smart confirmation SMS |
| Recipient account display has not refreshed | The phone's balance view may be showing cached data | Ask the recipient to restart the phone or toggle airplane mode to force a refresh |
If the PinoyLoads status page shows the order as delivered but the recipient's account still does not reflect the load, contact PinoyLoads support with the order reference. Keep the order email — it contains the reference number needed for any support inquiry. For a more detailed troubleshooting walkthrough, see load not received in the Philippines.
Load Validity and Keeping a Smart SIM Active
Smart publishes different inactivity and zero-balance conditions for different prepaid products. Do not rely on a single universal day count.
- 365-day loaded-card-value rule: Smart Prepaid, TNT, and Smart Bro Prepaid call and text card value must be used within 365 days from loading. This applies to the loaded card value — not every promo, data allowance, or SIM.
- 180-day zero-balance wording: Smart's general prepaid help page says a subscriber with zero balance has 180 days to reload before the account is disconnected.
- Separate Smart Bro terms: Smart Bro contractual terms use a 120-consecutive-day zero-load condition in their own scope. Do not apply this to ordinary Smart Prepaid.
- Magic Data no-expiry: The data allowance has no fixed expiry, but the SIM still needs activity. Smart instructs users to maintain at least PHP 1 load. If the account lapses, the allowance may become inaccessible.
A Data Bundle does not automatically extend SIM validity, reset regular-load validity, prevent SIM expiry, or replace regular load.
Keep the correct account type loaded and active, and check the current Smart terms for the specific line.

Send Smart Load Online
Enter the recipient's Philippine Smart prepaid number in the form near the top of this page. Verify the number with the recipient before paying — regular load gives flexibility to choose a promo, while a direct package applies the selected allowance as the purchased product when the line is eligible. Review the total in USD, pay using a method shown at checkout, and follow the order status by email. PinoyLoads has been helping buyers send Smart load to the Philippines since 2013 — enter the number above to get started.

A regular-load balance and a promo's data or call/text allowance may appear in different views, so the recipient should check both.
