Processing your order

Q : How soon can i receive my load after i paid?

PinoyLoads automatically processes load transactions instantly as soon as you paid. Usually it takes a minute or two for the recipient to receive the load credits to his(her) phone. Yes, we don't keep you waiting.

Please note, here on PinoyLoads we make reasonable effort to keep our transactions secure. If this is your first purchase with us we may have to perform an additional verification of your order. This takes for us usually about 20 minutes, but may take longer if that is off-business hours. At any case we always do our best to perform verifications as soon as we can.

Q : I'm sending a load from another City/Country/Timezone/Planet. How do i know the status of my transaction?

You will be redirected back to our page what shows how your order is being processed in real time! You don't need to make any additional efforts, just look how your load is being sent. In result you will see the confirmation or an alert if something goes wrong with your recipient number.

Q : i've sent the load already. Can i trace my transaction with the recipient / operator?

Yes. Together with the load your recipient gets a confirmation text message from the operator. This message includes the transaction trace number.

Same number we send to your email address, so if you need you always can identify every transaction with the recipient or directly with operator's customer service.
