Buyers in Spain can send Philippine prepaid credit or direct data, calls or texts bundles to a Philippine mobile number without needing local Philippine wallets such as GCash or Maya, or a Philippine bank account. Pay with a credit/debit card or PayPal, with the full order total shown in USD before payment.

Send a Philippine Mobile Recharge in Three Steps

  1. Enter the recipient's current Philippine prepaid number.
  2. Choose a regular-load amount or a direct data, calls or texts bundle.
  3. Review the full USD total, enter your email address and pay with an available method.

Buy directly in your browser — no app download, PinoyLoads account registration or KYC required.

Delivery is normally within a few minutes after confirmed payment. Receipt and processing or delivery status are communicated by email, and a live order-status page is available once payment completes.

An International Recarga for a Philippine Number

Philippine Load Is Not a Recharge of Your Spanish SIM

A recarga internacional — an international mobile top-up — delivers prepaid credit or a direct bundle to a Philippine mobile line, not to a Spanish SIM. If you live in any of Spain's 17 autonomous communities, including the Canary Islands, and want to help a relative in the Philippines stay connected, you are buying a mobile recharge to the Philippines, not topping up your own Spanish operator account.

Sending Credit Is Different from Sending Money

Regular prepaid credit or a direct bundle is delivered to the recipient's mobile line. This is not a cash transfer to a bank account or e-wallet — the recipient receives telecom balance or a specific data, calls and texts benefit on their carrier.

Choose Regular Load or a Ready-to-Use Bundle

Regular Load for Flexible Prepaid Credit

Regular load is prepaid credit that the recipient can use according to their carrier's rules, including eligible calls and texts or registering a supported promo through the operator's own channels.

Direct Bundles for Data, Calls and Texts

A Data Bundle or another direct bundle delivers data, calls or texts benefits with its own allowance and validity terms. The recipient gets the specific inclusions of that bundle rather than an open-ended peso credit balance.

Recipient's need Product to choose What the recipient receives
Flexible credit on a supported operator Regular load Prepaid balance for eligible services or self-registered promos under the carrier's rules
A specific data, calls and texts benefit Direct bundle The included allowance with its own validity
A GOMO user needing a GOMO bundle GOMO bundle A GOMO-specific product, not regular peso load

PinoyLoads supports Smart prepaid load and TNT prepaid top-ups. You can also send Globe prepaid recharge or TM load. For other supported networks, choose DITO mobile recharge or GOMO bundles. The live product selection on the platform determines what is currently available. GOMO uses its own bundle system — Globe regular load is not a substitute GOMO product.

Paying from Spain: Cards, PayPal and the Bizum Question

Spanish-Issued Credit and Debit Cards

Supported foreign credit and debit cards are the practical purchase route. Visa and Mastercard are familiar card networks; BBVA, Santander and CaixaBank are common Spanish issuers. Payment approval depends on your card issuer and the payment provider.

You can complete a Philippine mobile recharge with a credit card or recharge with a debit card — both are supported checkout options.

PayPal Without a Recipient PayPal Account

The buyer approves the PayPal purchase; the recipient receives the telecom product and needs no PayPal account. You can send load to the Philippines with PayPal using your own PayPal balance or a card funded through PayPal. This is not a Friends and Family transfer — it is a direct merchant purchase.

Can You Pay with Bizum?

Use the available PayPal or supported-card choices at PinoyLoads checkout. Bizum works at a merchant only when that merchant explicitly offers Bizum as a payment option; having a Spanish IBAN or access to SEPA transfers does not mean a given merchant accepts Bizum. PinoyLoads' accepted payment methods are credit/debit cards and PayPal.

EUR in Your Bank Account, USD at Checkout

The Payment Price and the Recipient's Product Are Different

Your Spanish bank account holds euros, but PinoyLoads prices and bills in US dollars. A PHP regular-load denomination describes the credit delivered to the recipient — it is not the dollar amount you pay. Similarly, a direct bundle describes its data, calls and texts benefits, not a peso cash value.

PayPal Conversion or Card-Issuer Conversion

When you fund a USD payment from an EUR account, the currency conversion happens through either PayPal or your card issuer.

PayPal may offer two choices at checkout: "Convertir divisa con PayPal" (PayPal converts the currency) or "Convertir con el emisor de la tarjeta" (your card issuer converts it). When issuer conversion is selected, the exact EUR amount may only appear on your statement or in your banking app.

Card-specific terms vary. As checked on October 1, 2026, BBVA Aqua Debit advertises no conversion commission for the first €300 of non-EUR purchases per month, with a 3% commission beyond that threshold under its stated conditions — this is a monthly aggregate allowance, not a per-order limit. Tarjeta Crédito Santander advertises no currency-exchange commission for non-EUR payments on that specific credit product, with original-currency payment selected. Your own card agreement controls the actual terms, so check your specific product before purchasing.

Approving a Spanish Card Payment

Bank-App Confirmation and Online-Purchase Settings

PinoyLoads requires no registration or sign-up, but your bank may request 3-D Secure payment authentication — such as a banking-app confirmation or a code — before approving the transaction. This is the issuer's security check, not a PinoyLoads requirement. Follow the displayed approval request, then return to the checkout page to complete your order.

  • CaixaBankNow: In the app, go to "Mis tarjetas" → select your card → options menu → "Opciones de Control de uso" to manage internet-purchase permissions.
  • CaixaBankNow payment approval: If the notification is missing, open "Mensajes" or "MailBox" → "Operaciones pendientes" to find the request. Check the merchant and amount, then select "Autorizar". CaixaBank specifies a seven-minute approval window; return to checkout after confirming.
  • Santander Key: Tap the purchase notification in the official Santander app and confirm with your fingerprint, Face ID or access code. Pending approvals are also available through the Santander Key icon at the bottom of the app's login screen. Keep the app updated and notifications enabled; an SMS-based alternative may apply.
  • BBVA and Santander temporary switches: If you intentionally turned off your card, BBVA app route is home screen → selected card → "Apagar o Encender". Santander app route is global position → three-line menu → "Tarjetas" → the switched-off card → "On Encender tarjeta". These restore a card you deliberately disabled — they do not override fraud or lost-card blocks.

BBVA Aqua: Use the Current Dynamic CVV

BBVA Aqua cards do not display the CVV on the physical plastic. To find the current code, open the BBVA app or visit bbva.es, select your card and consult its dynamic CVV. The Aqua Debit page specifies a five-minute availability window — generate a fresh code when you are ready to complete the payment fields. Card-entry CVV and any subsequent bank authentication step are separate.

The Recipient Needs a Philippine Number, Not GCash

The recipient-number field asks for the Philippine mobile number you want to top up, not your Spanish number. Philippine mobile numbers commonly have 11 digits starting with 09. In international format, the leading 0 is replaced with +63. For example: 0917 123 4567 → +63 917 123 4567. The Spanish calling code is +34 — do not enter that here. Follow the format displayed by the actual form. For more detail, see the Philippine mobile number format guide.

Philippine Mobile Number Portability allows a number to keep its digits after switching networks, so the prefix alone is not conclusive proof of the recipient's current operator. If you are uncertain which carrier they use, confirm with them before selecting a product.

The recipient does not need GCash, Maya, PayPal or a Philippine bank account to receive a supported top-up. The credit or bundle goes directly to their prepaid line. That said, a missing carrier SMS is not the same as a failed delivery — check the actual balance or order confirmation rather than relying on SMS alone.

Keep the Next Top-Up Simple

My PinoyLoads gives you secure access to recent loads and delivery information through an email link — no password or account registration required. Use the email address from your previous orders to view past purchases and send another top-up quickly.

PinoyLoads is a Philippines-focused online top-up service that has been operating continuously since 2013, serving overseas Filipinos, family members and anyone who needs to send prepaid connectivity to a Philippine number.

Conclusion

  • You can send Philippine prepaid load or a direct data, calls or texts bundle from Spain using a credit/debit card or PayPal — no GCash, Maya or Philippine bank account required on either side.
  • Prices display in USD at checkout, and delivery is normally within a few minutes after confirmed payment.
  • Scroll back up to the form at the top of this page to enter the recipient's Philippine number and choose a product.
Can I Send Load from Spain Without GCash or a Philippine Bank Account?
Yes. PinoyLoads requires no GCash, Maya or Philippine bank account from either the sender or the recipient. The buyer pays with a supported card or PayPal, and the prepaid credit or bundle is delivered directly to the recipient's Philippine mobile line.
Can I Use a Credit or Debit Card Issued in Spain?
Yes. Spanish-issued Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards are the practical purchase route. BBVA, Santander and CaixaBank are common issuer examples. Individual acceptance depends on your card and the payment provider — check your specific card terms for any applicable conditions.
Are Prices in Euros or US Dollars?
PinoyLoads prices and bills in US dollars. Your card issuer or PayPal handles any required currency conversion. The amount debited from your EUR account depends on the applicable exchange rate and fees.
Can I Pay with Bizum?
Bizum works at a merchant only when that merchant explicitly offers it. Use the available PayPal or supported-card options at PinoyLoads checkout. Having a Spanish IBAN or SEPA access does not establish acceptance at a specific merchant.
Which Number Do I Enter: the Spanish Sender's or Philippine Recipient's?
Enter the recipient's current Philippine prepaid mobile number — not your Spanish number. Philippine numbers commonly start with 09 and have 11 digits (e.g., 0917 123 4567). In international format, replace the leading 0 with +63.
Can I Send a Data, Calls or Texts Bundle Rather Than Regular Load?
Yes. Direct bundles deliver data, calls or texts benefits with their own allowances and validity. Regular load is flexible prepaid credit; a direct bundle provides specific inclusions. Choose whichever matches the recipient's needs.
Does the Recipient Need PayPal or a PinoyLoads Account?
No. The recipient needs neither PayPal nor a PinoyLoads account. The prepaid credit or bundle is delivered to their mobile line directly. They only need a supported active Philippine prepaid SIM.
Can I Top Up My Own Philippine SIM While I Am in Spain?
Yes, if you have a supported active Philippine prepaid number. You can order a top-up for your own number from Spain using a card or PayPal. Note that an ordinary domestic Philippine data bundle is not automatically roaming data while you are abroad — roaming service and the top-up itself are separate.
